We got a well-organised room with a reasonably spacious bathroom.

The staff is wonderful here, the services are excellent, and location is gorgeous so close to restaurants along the beache as well as Hemmingway's restaurant. The rooms are stunning with excellent views of the beach/sea. It has lots of meals to offer, the food is excellent! We would book again to have once again a such great trip.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met required needs, can recommend it. Everything was really good, so where absolutely breathtaking views of the bay. The room was beautifully maintained and huge, the beds were very clean. The location was nice and unbeatable, to the centre of Airlie Beach along the scenic bicentennial walk, convenient to go everywhere.

Dinner and breakfast food was amazing.

The location of this property was fantastic. It was situated in a nice quiet area, yet still within walking distance of the centre of town. The supermarket was conveniently close by, which made it easy to stock up on essentials. The spacious apartment had 2 balconies, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms, which was perfect for a family of four. The kitchen was well equipped, and the pool area was great for relaxing in the sun.

Some aspects of the accommodation were not up to scratch. The furniture could use some maintenance and updating.

Views from ground floor room where disappointing for the price paid. Should have insisted on a room on a higher floor (2nd or 3rd floor). Checkout was at 10.00am - must pay extra (on top of already expensive room rate) should you want to check out a few hours later. No wireless internet, only by cable, which were not provided in room.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff members were friendly and helpful and the hotel facilities were great. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the stunning view from our window. The hotel is located in a great area, close to the centre of the city and shops.

- swimming pool is not clean. - you need taxi to go to the city which cost about 8 $AUD (one way) or about 15 mints walking. - the do not provide any room services. I stayed for 5 nights and no body come over to clean or change the towel at all where I think they do not provide daily services. - they are not flexible at all so, when you book for 3 nights for example you have to stay for 3 nights you cannot change your mind later even if you notify them before long time (in my case 4 days).

It was a $7 cab fare to main street or a magic 10min walk along tue water. Comfortable, with great facilities and a perfect location to base your holidaying adventures. The fold out couch was terrific also!! :)

Great location for exploring the area. The complementary breakfast was a plus along with the complimentary bike rental. The hotel is within walking distance of the beaches and main street.

The hotel was extremely dirty and we had a very unpleasant smell in our room. The staff was unconcerned about our complaints and we felt like we were a burden on them.
